The problem discussed in this study is how to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in social studies using image media. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in social studies about transportation using image media. The data source for this study was fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 20 Sentosa, Dua Koto District, with a total of 15 students. The research was conducted in the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research was conducted for 2 cycles. The data collected were quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data is data obtained from the results of formative tests in each cycle. While qualitative data is in the form of observation results in each learning cycle. The data obtained was then consulted with the success criteria to determine student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle were only 6 students (40) who scored above the KKM. In cycle 1, it increased to 10 students (67%). In cycle II, it increased to 15 students (100%). The conclusion of the study is that improving learning using image media can improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in social studies
