FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA PERMANU KECAMATAN PAKISAJI KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

Permanu Village is a tourist village located in Malang Regency with a pilot
tourist village category. The development of a tourist village includes natural
and cultural tourism that has the potential to preserve cultural heritage and
improve the local economy. To maximize this potential, an in-depth
understanding of the factors that influence it is carried out. The purpose of this
study was to identify factors that influence the development of Permanu
tourism village. Quantitative research method. Descriptive research design. The
research subjects were the village head, and the manager of the tourist
attraction. Data collection methods consisted of interviews, observation, and
documentation. Kappa coefficient was used to analyze the data. The results
showed six main factors influencing the development of Permanu tourism
village: (1) Geographical Proximity; (2) Tourism Attraction; (3) Accessibility; (4)
Village Government Policies; (5) Supporting Facilities; (6) Management.
