Abstract

Research with the title "Analysis of the Influence of Industrial Cities on the Island of Java on Air Quality Using the Satellite Image Interpretation Analysis Method" uses a library research approach. This approach involves collecting secondary data from various sources such as scientific journals, research reports, reference books, and data official from related institutions such as BMKG and LAPAN. This research aims to analyze the relationship between industrial activities and air quality in the industrial area of ??Java Island through processing satellite image data. In fact, Banten province has a very rapid population growth, various issues related to rapid economic growth coupled with environmental damage need to receive serious attention by the local government, namely industrial activities in densely populated areas and heavy traffic are contributors to environmental pollution, especially quality. air. And the pollution that is spread across the industrial cities of Java Island is generally pollutants emitted by motorized vehicles, including carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxide (NOx), hydrocarbons (HC), sulfur dioxide (SO2), lead (Pb) and carbon dioxide (CO2).
